KMSauto adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by responding to valid infringement notices in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable regulations. As part of our response, we may remove or disable access to on-site content that is alleged to infringe copyright, and we will make a good-faith attempt to contact the developer responsible for the material affected so they can submit a counter-notification, also in compliance with the DMCA.

The following notice requirements aim to fulfill KMSauto’s rights and obligations under the DMCA, particularly section 512(c), and do not constitute legal advice.
